WHEN I CAME TO CHANNEL PARTNERS A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO, I really didn't fully appreciate how vital and real the notion of partnership was for service agents, VARs and MSPs. Providers, distributors and masters all have a vested interest in the success of partners dealing with end users. As partner programs develop, feedback happens quickly, and programs and products are either optimized or partners will fi nd ones that are. It's much more dynamic than most businesses. It's not lost on me that we at Channel Partners are in just such a relationship with you. If we don't deliver the goods and produce a great show, you'll let us know immediately, or worse, just stop coming. Your success is our success. So we've taken that to heart in creating the year's program. As usual, you'll hear from thought leaders at some of the biggest vendors, but increasingly you'll also hear from your peers.
